And More
Currently, I am an Information Technology student studying at Camosun College located in Victoria, BC, Canada. I had 5 years of experience in animal trials in rehabilitation and biomedical engineering field. However, I did not want to live the daily life of sacrificing experimental animals anymore. Moreover, the experience in interdisciplinary research cooperation that has a team in charge of programming a unique electrical stimulation machine made me realize programming is interesting and helpful in any field. AND, I don’t need to face the pressure of sacrificing life. So, I decided to change my career path.
- I used to study in Japan as an exchange student. I speak some Japanese, not fluent but good! At that time, I joined a club that focus on accompanying children to play and explore. It’s really not easy to understand the language (not my native language) spoken by children. Ah, yes, I kind of like children, or I like to observe children’s growth and all sorts of interesting behaviours!
- I like watching anime, and manga and listening to music. Mostly I listen to some anime songs or J-POP, but I also listen to popular songs in English or Spanish. When I want to focus on studying, working or something else, I listen to instrumental music to avoid singing while listening. Below is my recent playlist:

Besides, I like snowboarding. This may be one of the reasons for craving to live abroad. It’s hard to go snowboarding in a tropical and subtropical country such as my home country Taiwan.

Anyway, I am an introvert but lively person who enjoys staying at home as well as being outdoors!
